Billing Terms: Once you submit your Big Energy Profits order your credit card will be billed immediately $799 for the 1st of three (3) payments; the next payment in 30 days with the 3rd payment 30 days after that. There is a 120-Day conditional refund policy; To qualify, you must trade all trade alerts that are issued throughout the first 120 days of your subscription. These trades may be on a live or demo account. After the 120 days you have 14 days to request a refund and to report your trades. After this point there are NO Refunds. If you do not complete your payment plan, you will lose access, there will be No Refund of any payments made and the 120-Day conditional refund policy will not apply. Your membership comes with our automatic annual renewal feature. You will be billed $1997 each year or an just an annual $79 maintenance fee if you upgraded to lifetime. You may cancel your lifetime membership and opt out of this annual fee at any time after your purchase.

Terms Of Service: By using and/or subscribing to become a member of this Site, you are stating that you understand and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this user agreement (the “agreement”). By purchasing this upgrade you are in fact stating you want to continue with the software. Many of our products/programs do offer a trial period for the product/program to be evaluated. In the case of a monthly subscription there are no refunds issued once the new month has been paid for.
